Board Policy
& Structure
The Board of Directors of The Lions Hiram Young Community
Service Center is legally, financially and morally
responsible for the total operation and conduct of the
organization. The major function of the Board of
Directors is to ensure the organization is carrying out its
mission in a manner that is ethical, effective and fiscally
accountable. The Board of Directors of The Lions Hiram
Young CSC is the trustee of the organization and is answerable
to the Center’s financial contributors, recipients of its
services and any funding source that monitors The Lions
Hiram Young Community Service Center's "Hiram Young Health &
Heritage Center" operations.
The specific functions of the Board of Directors are:
